The owner of the online store BLEIZ.EE (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is BLEIZ OÜ (registration code 14325786).

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing an order.

Information about the product is presented directly next to the product in the online store.

Placing an Order

To order a product, desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, required data fields must be filled in, and a suitable method of product delivery must be selected. The screen will then display the amount due, which can be paid via online banking or other payment solutions. The agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the payable amount to the Online Store’s bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to its unavailability or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid money (including the delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of sending the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to the following countries: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

The buyer bears the costs of shipping, and the relevant price information is displayed alongside the shipping method. Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the effective date of the sales agreement. Delivery outside Estonia takes place usually within 4-7 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the product is reserved for up to 14 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery, and in other cases listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered product must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as permitted in a physical store for testing. If the product has been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if it shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refunded amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the product. To return the product, the buyer must submit a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase, the form of which can be found here: withdrawal form, and send it to the email address no later than 14 days from the receipt of the product. The buyer bears the costs of returning the product unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., incorrect or defective item). The buyer must return the product within 14 days following the submission of the declaration or provide evidence that they have handed over the goods to the carrier during the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned product, the Online Store will promptly, but no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration of withdrawal, refund all fees received under the contract to the buyer. The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the returned item or until the buyer has provided proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs earlier. If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional costs that exceed the cost of the standard delivery. The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store has been significantly marked down due to an error.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) only for processing orders and delivering goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to companies providing transport services to deliver goods. The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire for this by entering an email address on the website and indicating their preference for receiving direct marketing messages. The buyer can opt out of receiving offers and newsletters sent to their email address at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints about the Online Store, they must send them to the email address info@bleiz.ee. If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms of the proceedings can be found and the application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Commission has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store.
