Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania & Finland

Packages shipped within the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) and to Finland generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days.

Customers will be notified of the arrival of the goods at the parcel machine via e-mail and an SMS, which includes a unique door code to open the parcel machine. 

There are three options for receiving the goods:

1. SmartPost Parcel Machine – Order the goods to your preferred SmartPost parcel machine. Warm lockers. The package must be collected within 7 days.

2. Omniva Parcel Machine – Order the goods to your preferred Omniva parcel machine. 24/7 access – you can collect the package from the machine at any time, every day. The package must be collected within 7 days.

3. DPD Parcel Machine – Order the goods to your preferred DPD parcel machine. 24/7 access – you can collect the package from the machine at any time, every day. The package must be collected within 7 days.

 

Europe / United Kingdom

If you wish to order goods to other European countries/United Kingdom, we will dispatch the package via DPD or Omniva. The package’s journey can be tracked online using the tracking number. Delivery prices abroad vary depending on the destination country. The estimated arrival time to other European countries and UK is around 4-10 business days.

There are two options for receiving the goods in Europe:

After the purhcase, the order will be packed and delivered to our logistics partners for shipping. The delivery times shown above are valid from the moment your payment has arrived to our bank account. For prompt delivery, you must be diligent and provide the correct information when entering your delivery information when placing your order. Bleiz Headshop is not liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been delivered to the logistics partners in due time, but the delay is due to circumstances beyond the control and foreseeability of the shop.
