Baltic States & Finland
Packages shipped within the Baltic States (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) and to Finland usually arrive within 1–3 business days.
Customers will be notified via e-mail and SMS when their parcel arrives. The message includes a unique code used to open the parcel locker.

Warm indoor parcel lockers. The parcel must be collected within 7 days.
Omniva parcel machine
24/7 access so you can collect your parcel at any time. The parcel must be collected within 7 days.
DPD parcel machine
24/7 parcel locker access. The parcel must be collected within 7 days.
DPD courier delivery
Your order will be delivered directly to your door. The courier will contact you by phone or SMS to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Other European Countries
Orders to other European countries are shipped via DPD courier service. You will receive a tracking number after dispatch so you can follow the shipment online.
Estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination country and are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery option

Your order will be delivered directly to your door by DPD’s courier service. The courier will contact you by phone or SMS to arrange a delivery time.
After purchase, your order will be packed and handed over to our logistics partners for shipping. Delivery times apply from the moment your payment has been received.
