The European Union Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) is a set of regulations aimed at standardizing the manufacture, presentation, and sale of tobacco and related products within the EU. While the directive primarily focuses on tobacco products, it also extends its scope to certain items associated with smoking and consumption apparatus, including specific types of smoking accessories and paraphernalia (in our case bongs, pipes, bowls, filters, rolling papers etc)
In compliance with the TPD, certain products available in our online headshop fall under restrictions that prohibit their online sale ❌ As a result, these products are designated as “In-Store Purchase Only,” meaning they can only be bought in our physical retail locations 🏪
Our commitment to providing high-quality products and operating within the bounds of the law remains unwavering. We encourage you to visit our physical stores to explore and purchase these specific products in-person, where our knowledgeable staff will be happy to assist you.
✅ Due to their nature of not being directly associated with tobacco smoking, the following product categories still remain available for online purchase: Clothing, Glass Cleaning Equipment, Grinders, Scales, Bags/Containers/Jars, Air Refreshers, Lighters and Rolling Trays ✅
